Joseph began his career with cameras around the end of his senior year in high school after discovering a passion for photography and filmmaking after years of watching films and studying photography from his cousin. As a student at Florida Southern College, the Center for Student Involvement, a school organization, hired him as a student photographer, and his photographs were very exceptional that they were routinely utilized for social media marketing.
When Joseph's senior year started, he applied for a job as a student videographer for FSC's Athletics department and was employed without hesitation due to his previous work for the school. His duties were to record highlights of NCAA Division II games to share on social media for community engagement across schools. With two positions in his senior year, Joseph has built many relationships with different school organizations and was frequently requested to attend events. Joseph displayed great work ethic and was highly appreciated by his bosses and fellow peers for the results he turned out. Now a summa cum laude alumni from Florida Southern, Joseph now enters the work force to pursue his passion for videography/photography landing a job as a multimedia specialist at Craven Community College in New Bern, North Carolina. His ambitions are to continue working in education, preferably at a four year university, with his ultimate dream is to go back and work at Florida Southern College.
